I arm goal-oriented women with the knowledge and know-how to balance science-based strategies with intuitive eating so they can fuel their strength and nourish their lives. Unlike some approaches that foster an all-or-nothing mindset, I help my clients combine simple food and fitness habits with inner transformation to achieve the physique goals they desire and feel their healthiest.
I want you to come home to yourself; to give up the all-or-nothing mindset and move in a way that moves you so you can finally know the strength, peace, confidence you’re craving. Let’s get those two pieces aligned with your bio-individuality so you can focus your precious energy on things that matter most. What’s your vision? Let’s create it.
Food isn’t everything; but it changes everything.
welcome
For too many of us, the minute we realize we even have a body is the moment we instinctively begin to hate it. Cue the madness, the disconnect, the food war, the anxiety, the shame.
This quarrel is brutally painful, soul-crushing, and incredibly isolating. You are not alone, I lived through this anguish for over twenty years. My mission is to get you to the other side. I've struggled with just about every eating disorder or disordered way of eating that you could think of. From starvation to bulimia, binge eating to orthorexia - I have toed just about every line, always searching for a way to finally have it all “figured out”.
For so long, I perceived balance as confining myself on a straight and narrow line. I held myself captive to the idea of perfection. In actuality, the slightest sway or falter would result in me losing my footing entirely. It has been through these struggles that I’ve grown to realize when you walk the line of extremes you always inevitably fall. And with that, I came to learn, the higher my expectations of perfection, the harder it hurt when I fell.
Loving myself unconditionally has been, and continues to be, crucial in my healing process. While some days and some obstacles are harder than others, accepting my current situation helps me align
with a state of peace from which I can create a new way of being for myself. Through this alignment, I discovered an unshackled connection is what I am truly craving.
Sometimes I forget my fundamental goals and go searching for comfort in a jar of almond butter...and that’s ok. Victory comes with no longer fixating on the foods we consume and discovering a balanced, sustainable relationship with food. It's this connection that changes everything. The same goes for physical fitness, a six-pack doesn’t mean you are healthier, happier, more connected, or fulfilled. The commitment to your health, wellness, and happiness is the greatest gift you could ever give to yourself and the people you share your life with.
Together we can learn to trust our relationship with food and redefine the true definition of balance. You can put forth the effort and gain the tools needed to manage these struggles with grace. Let’s switch the narrative, shift the dynamic, and create a ripple effect of change in how we view ourselves and one another. We can redefine our ideas of beauty, strength, resilience, love, compassion, acceptance, connection, and grace. Let's not only survive but let’s also learn to thrive.
Show yourself grace and believe: "I am a work in progress. I make mistakes. I am allowed to change my mind."

He's one of my favorites to choreograph to. But really my musical taste is all over the place - it's either moving my soul or it's moving my body!
