Nourishment for the body + soul

GRATEFUL FOR YOU.

Nourishing your body is a spiritual practice

The one thing we don’t talk about as much as we could, or should, is the conditioning we receive to be at war with ourselves. For too many of us, if not most, the minute we realized we had a body we instinctively began to hate it. Queue the madness, the disconnect, the food war, the anxiety, the shame.

This is a commonality I have seen in 15 to 55-year-olds, every color, and shape on the spectrum. It is brutally painful, soul-crushing, and incredibly isolating. It begs the questions, if we are all going through it, why don’t we talk about it, why don’t we change the rules, why don’t we ‘tribe up’ and become the change we want to see in the world?

Let’s switch the narrative, shift the dynamic and create a ripple effect of change in how we view ourselves and one another. Redefine our ideas of beauty, strength, resiliency, love, compassion, acceptance, connection, and grace.

Let’s not survive, let’s

IT'S THE TRUTH OF BEING A WOMAN.

It's the conditioning we receive to be at war with ourselves.

KEEP GOING.

If you couldn’t, perhaps we can.

MEET MEGAN

My journey with true wellness sparked when I was able to redefine what it meant to find complacency. It goes deeper than self-acceptance, or even self-love.

I want you to come home to yourself; to give up the all-or-nothing mindset and move in a way that moves you so you can finally know the strength, peace, confidence you’re craving. Let’s get those two pieces aligned with your bio-individuality so you can focus your precious energy on things that matter most. What’s your vision? Let’s create it.

don't ever forget your power, sis.
